Happy Memorial Day + Barry Beats Babe + Sox Sweep
I just wanted to take a moment to say Happy Memorial Day from KnuckleCurve! I hope everyone enjoys this day off, if in fact you get it off, and uses that time wisely. Go play baseball with your family, some home-run derby with your friends, BBQ with all of them.
Real quick like, Barry finally passed Babe and is now in sole possession of the number 2 spot in the record books (un-asterisks’d for now); he’s also the all-time left-handed homerun hitter.
In a happier note, my Red Sox also completed the sweep against Tampa Bay, making me extremely happy. I love it when a team sweeps, but I love it even more when a team I love sweeps.
