Best in Tigers History

by Geoff Young on March 22nd, 2007

I’m a little late to the party on this one, but the estimable Lee Panas has done a real nice job of examining the best hitters and pitchers in Detroit Tigers history. Lee is big on sabermetrics, but one of the things that sets him apart is his ability to explain fairly advanced concepts in ways that people unfamiliar with the discipline can understand.

Inviting folks to participate rather than making a bunch of assumptions is a great way to get more people interested in taking a closer look at baseball statistics and how to apply them.
